The agents

Every agent is configuration over one runtime: a brain document, a tool pack, an approval policy and a schedule. They share your workspace, your vault and your approval feed, and they talk to each other: Sol hands a bug to Heimdall, Gro asks Heimdall to ship a landing page, Tilde chases both.

Heimdall · ops

Servers, deploys, backups, DNS, incidents, root cause first. On watch, always.

Can reach With approval Never
GitHub (read and deploy), Cloudflare DNS, logs, metrics, backups Restart, deploy, rotate a key, delete, change a firewall Billing, payments, anything outside the tools you gave him

Typical week: notices a nightly backup failed silently and fixes it; runs a rolling deploy after your ✅; traces a dead CI runner to the hosting provider powering the box off; proposes a token rotation after a leak and does it once approved; audits the cloud bill.

Gro · growth

Polices your ad spend, fixes your SEO, and tells you what Google is wasting.

Can reach With approval Never
Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console (read) Budgets, negatives, campaign changes, publishing a post Spend a pound you haven't approved; invent a number

Monday search-term sweep, a report instead of a rebuild when volume is the real reason, drafts from what people actually searched, a Friday digest with cost per lead.

Sol · support

Answers customers from your own docs, raises tickets, hands bugs to Heimdall. Says "I don't know" out loud.

Can reach With approval Never
Your docs and knowledge base, ticket history Refunds, account changes, a new docs page Payments; guessing

Tilde · chief of staff

Runs the standup, chases the blockers, writes the Friday digest. Reads everything, changes nothing.

Can reach With approval Never
Channels and threads, task board, calendar (all read) Nothing: she only asks and writes summaries Any change at all

Vakt · monitoring (coming next)

External and internal monitoring: is the site up from outside, is the disk filling from inside, did a certificate expire, did a deploy make p95 worse. Vakt watches; Heimdall acts. Vakt can run on its own for a company that only wants to know, and hands Heimdall the evidence when both are hired.

Can reach With approval Never
Public URLs and TLS, host metrics via a tiny agent, status pages, uptime history Nothing: alerts and evidence only Change anything; that is Heimdall's job

Coming after that

Erik (sales), Rune (compliance), Finn (finance, prepares payments and never makes them), Odd (cost watchdog).

What we will never build

An executive assistant for inbox and calendar. Microsoft and Google bundle that for free.
